Lymphocytic interstitial pneumonitis

A 35 year old female with Sjogren syndrome and persistent shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

There are scattered bilateral pulmonary cysts.These are thin walled and range in size from 0.5cm-3.0cm. The majority of these abut vessels. There is no adenoapthy or pulmonary nodules. This is typical of LIP in a clinical setting of Sjogrens.
