Very well defined mass in the lower cervix, with intact endometrial lining.
Case Discussion
Initial ultrasound revealed a large mass in the lower uterus.Biopsy revealed cervical lymphoma.
Staging CT of the neck, thorax and abdomen did not reveal any abnormality.
Isolated cervical lymphomas are quite rare and can present with such rare imaging findings.
