Known multiple myeloma.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

Skeletal survey

x-ray

Numerous lytic lesions are present in the skull. Lytic lesion right scapula. Fracture right clavicle with callus formation and destruction of the second left rib as well as a lytic lesion in the fourth left lateral rib. Lytic lesion distal diaphysis of the right radius and a lytic lesion in the proximal diaphysis of the right ulna. Lytic lesion seen in the proximal diaphysis of the left radius.

Head CT 6 years later

Multiple osseous lytic skull lesions. No intracranial abnormality.
