Lytic pelvic lesion - multiple myeloma

Presentation

Pelvic pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

Large lytic lesion in the left iliac bone is demonstrated, extending from the left sacroiliac joint to the acetabulum. Well-defined subcentimeter lucent lesion in the proximal right femoral diaphysis.

No fracture detected. The hip joints demonstrate mild degenerative change. The hip joints are enlocated.
