The inferior lacrimal canaliculus was cannulated with a 30G sialogram catheter and dilute iodinated contrast administered, right then left side.
Orbits have an unremarkable appearance. Paranasal sinuses are well aerated with a tiny right maxillary mucous retention cyst. Imaged mastoid air cells are well aerated. No focal osseous lesion. Imaged suprahyoid neck soft tissues are unremarkable.
The nasolacrimal ducts are patent bilaterally with contrast flowing freely into the nasal cavity.
