Overgrowth of digits.

Patient Data

Age: 2 years
Gender: Female

Overgrowth of the soft tissues of the ring and little fingers associated with splaying and enlargement of their phalanges. There is no soft tissue calcification or focal osseous mass.

Macrodystrophia lipomatosa is considered a progressive form of macrodactyly and typically presents with a painless enlargement of the digit of hand or foot (typically 2nd or 3rd digit).
