Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Female

Bilateral forearm shortening and bowing deformities of the radii and ulnae with exaggerated ulnovolar tilt and ulnovolar wrist subluxation. Bilateral dorsal dislocation of the DRUJs.

Case Discussion

This child had a known diagnosis of mesomelic dwarfism due to Madelung dyschondrosteosis.
