Numerous lytic lesions throughout the bones of the foot. Slight periosteal reaction along some of the metatarsal shafts. 

1.5 years later

Diffuse soft tissue swelling. Numerous small lytic lesions throughout the foot. Thick periosteal calcification. Multifocal diffuse sclerosis.
