Histologically proven case of Maduramycosis of foot. Post treatment status few mths. C/o recurrent swellling in mid foot - planter and dorsal aspect.

Multiple linear - round - ovoid hypoechoic tracts are noted extending from skin to muscle.
There are few hypoechoic foci with central echogenisity.
