Transverse
Ultrasound showed dilated main pancreatic duct (6 mm) with dilated CBD causing mild dilatation of the intrahepatic biliary radicles.
Case Discussion
A provisional diagnosis of possible sphincter of Oddi dysfunction was made and the patient was referred to a gastroenterologist for further work up.
