Massive subareolar BI-RADS 5 lesion with multiple spiculated lesions in the upper outer quadrant. Large nodes in the axilla

Modality: Ultrasound

Ultrasound shows the subareolar tumour and the smaller lesion is in the upper outer quadrant as per the mammogram images.

Case Discussion

Massive subareolar IDC in the right breast of a 57 yr old man. Multicentric disease with ultimately axillary lymphadenopathy with lymphatic metastatic disease.
