Massive subareolar BI-RADS 5 lesion with multiple spiculated lesions in the upper outer quadrant. Large nodes in the axilla


Ultrasound shows the subareolar tumor and the smaller lesion is in the upper outer quadrant as per the mammogram images.

Case Discussion

Multicentric disease with ultimately axillary lymphadenopathy with lymphatic metastatic disease.
