Young female patient presented with amenorrhea.

Patient Data

Age: Young adult
Gender: Female

Completely absent uterus and vagina.

Feminine external genitalia.

Feminine perineum with absent male external genitalia.

Bilateral pelvic testis.

Case Discussion

Male pseudohermaphroditism (46XY with two testes)

The diagnosis of disorders of gender development should include physical examination, laboratory workup for hormone levels and chromosomal disorders, as well as imaging of the genitourinary tract.
