Anomalous origin of the RCA with a slit like proximal vessel passing between the aorta and pulmonary artery.
Case Discussion
The origin of the RCA could not be located on a conventional angiogram. It has a slit-like origin on CT. The patient subsequently underwent de-roofing procedure.
