Hypoechoic liver lesion close to the dome (one of many). Possible soft tissue mass in the right upper quadrant associated with the heptic flexure.

Hepatic metastases confirmed on delayed Primovist study, but ileocolic mass also detected and likley to represent the mass seen on the previous ultrasound.
