Right subacute hemorrhagicinfarction at the territory of right MCA involving the right temporal and frontal and to lesser extent parietal lobe. An accidentally discovered left inferior frontal extra axial durally based space occupying lesion exhibiting low signal on T1, T2, restricted diffusion on DWI and avid enhancement with a small dural tail after contrast administration. The lesion causes moderate vasogenic edema of the left frontal lobe and there is hyperostosis of the overlying parietal bone.
Case Discussion
Histopathology from the left frontal lesion revealed malignant meningioma WHO grade III with cellular atypia, high mitotic figures and microinvasion of the cerebral tissue.
