Focal thickening pancreas tail. Dilated proximal through mid small bowel with a transition point in the right lower quadrant, with circumferential soft tissue enhancement of the small bowel. Few borderline mesenteric lymph nodes.

Case Discussion
Patient proceeded to surgery which confirmed DLCBC lymphoma of the small bowel. The pancreas tail thickening was PET-avid on follow-up, indicating an additional site of disease.
