Avulsed tiny fracture in the base of the distal phalanx of the right little finger.
There is an old healed scaphoid fracture fixed in place with a screw.
Case Discussion
When you suspect bone injury in the phalanx with normal AP and oblique views, don't hesitate to request the true lateral view.
