Car accident. Chest tube is not working.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Chest tube inserted through the left lateral wall of the thorax, with intra-abdominal path and reaching the left hepatic lobe. Hemothorax on the right, multiple rib fractures, and subcutaneous emphysema are also present.
