Presentation

Post cardiac arrest with ROSC.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Supine mobile projection. ETT and NGT appropriately positioned. Bilateral pneumocaths, the right tip does not appear intra-thoracic; the left is associated with a focal area of consolidation, which is potentially pulmonary hemorrhage. Left basal lucency and deep sulcus sign suspicious for a pneumothorax. Right ICC tip projects over the apex. Left ICC tip is not in the thoracic cavity, projecting over the left axillary soft tissues. 

Case Discussion

Careful evaluation of lines and tubes is required on every chest radiograph.
