Malpositioned thermometer probe in the left main bronchus

The thermometer probe tip is in the left main bronchus. The ETT, right jugular CVL, NGT and right ICC are well positioned.
Airspace opacification in the medial left middle and lower zones may represent pulmonary contusions or aspiration in the clinical setting. Small left apical pneumothorax. Left chest wall subcutaneous emphysema. No rib fracture evident.
