The tip of the umbilical venous catheter lies at T5 at the junction of the right atrium and SVC.
Nasogastric tube with the tip in the stomach.
Lungs clear.
Case Discussion
The UVC tip has inadvertently been advanced to the SVC-right atrial junction. It should lie at the junction of the inferior vena cava with the right atrium.
It was appropriately retracted.
