Malrotated kidney

Right kidney size is normal. Its upper pole was at the level of 2nd lumbar vertebra and lower pole at the level of upper border of 5th lumbar vertebra.

Hilum of the right  kidney is at the level of upper border of 4th lumbar vertebra and it was facing completely posteriorly. There is the little renal calculi in the  medial major calyx.
