Presentation

History of treatment for gastric lymphoma several years before. Hypoechogenic mass in the lower right abdomen on ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 70
Gender: Male

Diffuse infiltration of the ileocecal region and the appendix by neoplastic tissue. Central fluid inclusion (or necrosis) within the appendix. Enlarged node anterior to the inferior vena cava.
