Malunited lower shaft right tibia fracture with osseous hypertrophy, lateral and anterior angulation.
Non-united lower shaft right fibula fracture with tapered smooth fracture ends and misalignment.
Rounded lucencies with sclerotic margins and periosteal reaction are noted at lower femur shaft, likely representing tunnels of removed screws and plate reaction.
Case Discussion
This case shows tibia malunited fracture and fibula non-united fracture. The patient is prepared for below-knee amputation due to chronic disability and negligence of his foot.
