Presentation

History of trauma to the left side of the face.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

A displaced and angulated fracture of the neck of the left condylar process of the mandible with the condylar head dislocated internally towards the mandibular fossa. The body of the left mandible is unremarkable.

The rest of the visualized bones are within normal limits.

CT findings of the present case are of left-sided, mandibular condyle fracture-dislocation as detailed.
