Knocked onto left side of the face.

There is a minimally displaced fracture through the posterior left mandibular body, reaching the alveolus of the left third non-erupted inferior molar tooth.

Case Discussion

Fractures like this one involving the mandible should raise concerns regarding second fractures such as TMJ dislocation or other facial bones fractures.
