Undisplaced hairline fracture in the right mandibular body with fracture line extending between 45 and 46 (counting from last right mandibular molar being 48). 

Unerupted tooth in the midline of the mandible with small adjacent dentigerous cyst surrounding a crown. Unerupted left maxillary wisdom tooth with small dentigerous cyst surrounding crown.

Case Discussion

Many mandibular fractures are multifocal (60%) but this was an isolated fracture with none other seen on this OPG or on a subsequent CT.
