Age: 15 years

Retrograde cystogram

Fluoroscopy

Marked separation of the pubic bones with a manta ray appearance is seen where the sacrum and iliac wings resemble the head and body of the manta ray, with the largely diastatic pubic rami forming its cephalic flaps.

By injecting the contrast medium through a Foley catheter, the urinary bladder is visualized and relatively displaced into the pelvic outlet without pathologic filling defect or outpouching.

Vesicoureteric reflux is not seen.

The post-voiding residue is within normal limits.
