Marfan syndrome with aortic dissection and background severe pectus excavatum

Presentation

Patient with known Marfan syndrome, presenting with acute chest pain

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Severe pectus excavatum is noted.   

Intra aortic flap is seen in Both of  thoracic and abdominal aorta.

Case Discussion

The findings are consistent with aortic dissection at both of thoracic and abdominal aorta in a patient with Marfan syndrome and severe pectus excavatum .
