Extensive free gas adjacent to a mass lesion in the cecum/ascending colon (arrow) that was biopsied at colonoscopy. Free gas is also in the peritoneal cavity, subcutaneous fat of the abdomen and buttocks, retroperitoneum, mediastinum and chest wall.
