Massive rotator cuff tear with biceps dislocation
Fall - trauma to right shoulder. Pain - restricted right shoulder movement.

Shoulder USG Cuff tear with biceps dislocation.
In neutral position of shoulder , long head of biceps tendon is noted anterior to subscapularis. Bicipital groove is empty.
There is absence of supraspinatous tendon at its normal location. Deltoid muscle is directed applied to head of humerus. Retracted tendon is under acromion. At least 3.4 cm of retraction was noted. This suggests a massive cuff tear.
Partial width of infraspinatous shows tear.
No fatty infiltration / atrophy of supra or infraspinatous muscles is noted.
No bursal or joint effusion.
