Presentation

Previous breast malignancy. Shortness of breath and chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Absent left breast outline in keeping with a mastectomy and resultant left hypertranslucent hemithorax.

Surgical clips in the left axilla consistent with axillary node clearance.

The lungs are hyperinflated, but clear.
