Hypertrophy of the left temporalis and masseter muscles is noted.
Case Discussion
Masticatory muscle hypertrophy is a rare benign entity, giving the "pseudomass" appearance in the buccal and temporal region. Unilateral involvement is even rarer. It is usually managed conservatively, unless the patient prefers surgical intervention due to cosmetic or psychological reasons.
