Left ovarian cystic mass measuring about 58 x 63 x 72 mm with a liquid-fatty level, a central Rokitansky nodule, and foci of calcification.
There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures and no regional lymphadenopathy.

Features on the CT scan are consistent with left ovarian mature cystic teratoma (dermoid cyst).
