Bilateral well-defined adnexal soft tissue lesions with internal fatty and calcified components being larger on the right side.
Congenitally absent left kidney.
Case Discussion
In keeping with presence of gross fat and calcified components in adnexal lesions, features are representing bilateral mature cystic ovarian teratoma.
