A 12x20x22cm cystic mass is seen within the abdominal cavity containing a focus of calcification and fat associated with the pressure effect and displacement of adjacent abdominopelvic organs.
The mass is not related to pelvic organs.
Case Discussion
The mass was totally resected and gross pathology and histology confirmed a mature cystic teratoma.
