Right adnexal cystic lesion of bright signal at T1WI, bright signal at T2WI, no restricted diffusion (not shown in the images), and with drop of signal at fat-saturated sequences. It shows thin internal septations as well as peripheral non enhancing nodule (Rokitansky nodule). No definite enhancement in the post-contrast study.
