Maxillary odontogenic keratocyst

There is an expansile lytic lesion of the left maxilla with scalloped, well-corticated margins, expanding into the ipsilateral maxillary sinus with cortical breach. No periosteal reaction or involvement of the adjacent soft tissue is seen.
Case Discussion
CT features suggestive of an odontogenic keratocyst. In the presence of bony destruction, ameloblastoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis.
