A polypoidal lesion along lateral wall of left maxillary sinus, with fat-attenuation.
Case Discussion
This case although closely resembles antral polyp or mucocele, CT attenuation favors a lipoma, which is a rare entity in paranasal sinuses. As it was incidental finding, no intervention was contemplated and diagnosis could not be confirmed histologically.
