Opacification of the left maxillary sinus is noted.
Rest of the visualized sinuses appear normal
Nasal septum appears normal

Case of maxillary sinusitis (acute on chronic).
X-ray skull is not routinely carried out nowadays after the advancements in CT.
CT PNS is usually advised for evaluation of paranasal sinuses.
