Presentation

Patient reports dysphagia to solids for 1 month with possible episodes of odynophagia. Denies vomiting. 3kg weight loss in one month.

CT shows bony outgrowthing from the alveolar bone bilaterally.

Case Discussion

Maxillary tori should not be mistaken for pathological lesions. Nevertheless they can occasionally cause symptoms when taking food and drink.
