Presentation

Married woman with primary amenorrhea and primary infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

The uterus, cervix, and upper part of vagina could not be visualized. 

Both ovaries are seen with multiple small follicles.

Case Discussion

Non-visualization of the uterus, cervix and upper part of vagina consistent with (Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome).
