Non-visualization of uterus, cervix, upper 2/3rd of vagina. Only part of lower 3rd of vagina is visualized.
Bilateral ovaries show multiple small follicles. Size of right ovary is 30 X 13 mm and left ovary is 26 X 13 mm.
No obvious free fluid seen in pelvis.
Urinary bladder and rectum appear normal.
No obvious marrow infiltrative lesions seen in visualized pelvic bones.
Case Discussion
Above findings are suggestive of Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome.
