Primary amenorrhea

Patient Data

Age: 17 years
Gender: Female

Completely absent uterus (uterine agenesis) as well as dysplastic upper vagina. Normal MR appearance of both ovaries.

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with a class I Mullerian duct anomaly, also known as Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome.
