Presentation

Primary amenorrhea.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female

The MRI sequences demonstrate;

  • absence of the uterus
  • vaginal agenesis
  • ovaries well-visualized in the iliac fossae with small follicles
  • single, malrotated left pelvic kidney with compensatory hypertrophy
