Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome (MRKH) with rudimentary uterine horns

Primary amenorrhea.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

Rudimentary uterine horns with a soft tissue band connecting both uterine horns. No visualization of the uterine body, cervix or vagina.

Both ovaries are well developed, showing numerous follicles largest on the right.

Both kidneys were normal on the ultrasound exam (not shown).
