Non-visualization of uterus, cervix, upper 2/3rd of vagina. Only part of lower 3rd of vagina is visualized.
Left ovary is normal in location and measures approx. 15 x 8 mm.
Right ovary is seen in right iliac fossa and measures approx. 23 x 09 mm.
Right kidney is not visualized.
Left kidney is seen in normal position.
Case Discussion
Above findings suggestive of Müllerian agenesis, Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome (Type B).
