Presentation

Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome. Exclusion of hydropnephrosis.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Right pelvic kidney. No signs of hydronephrosis.

Left-sided renal agenesis.

Maldescended ovaries on both sides.

Absence of the uterus and upper 2/3 vagina.

Lobulated liver cyst (segment VI).

Case Discussion

This case shows a Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome type B:

- absence of the uterus and upper 2/3 of the vagina

- maldescended ovaries

- pelvic kidney
