Presentation

Pain and swelling of the 3rd MCP joint for about 6 weeks. No history of trauma or rheumatic disease.

Patient Data

Age: 70
Gender: Male

Capsular thickening and T2-hyperintensity, small effusion of the 3rd metacarpophalageal joint.
